The Beary Lovely Shop is not responsible for damaged items caused by shopper. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us 24 hours from the time USPS shows item was delivered. Our shop is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If you do receive a damaged item reach out to us as soon as possible!

If by mistake you receive the wrong item, email us at [email protected] along with proof of order and pictures of items sent. We want you to have the best experience possible!

When including your information at checkout please include apt #/ unit etc. The Beary Lovely Shop is not responsible for insufficient address information submitted by shopper. If by mistake the shopper submits wrong address info/missing info, they have 24 hours to contact us through email, otherwise, the shop will not be able to take any further actions to correct it. 

The Beary Lovely Shop is not responsible for any allergies or injuries of any kind.
